1. 注册会员

注册会员是免费的。注册会员之后，在7天内可以查看本网站所提供的所有商品的批发价格。但新的会员不可以购买任何商品。.
注册会员之后，为购买商品，会员必须得支付每月的服务收费。在会员信息管理程序上，必须得输入必要的信息，并以在网站上上传事业者登录证或者把它发传真的方式来注册，才能被认定为会员。

2. 结算

服务利用费用、订购商品以及海外运费都是通过PayPal来结算的。

由于汇率的波动， 在结算货款时有可能发生价格的变化。

3. 订购商品

在订购商品时，必须得确认颜色、尺寸、订购的最低数量。然后，将自己即将订购的商品放在我的收藏或购物车，仔细地填写订购单。
填写订购单后，在三天内货款尚未打入帐户的情况下，订购单无法生效。

4. 送货

海外送货是通过EMS来发送的。
所谓送货可分为第一次送货（韩国国内送货）和第二次送货（海外送货）。
第一次送货是从订购日到4天之内货物运到韩国国内的结集所的过程。
在韩国国内结集所进行检验和测量体重。一旦完成结算海外送货运费，结算后第二天就开始装运。
通过网站可以随时跟踪自己订购的所有货物。

5. 购物形象（image）

若愿意利用Koreaholic的形象，请与管理者联系，以便得到有关咨询。
利用形象时，必须得支付额外的利用费用才能使用。管理者提供咨询后，向顾客亲自介绍利用费用。

6. 尺寸指南

Koreaholic所销售的服装以及杂货商品的号码是在韩国国内通用的。在商品详细介绍网页上提供各国的尺寸对照指南表。

在韩国运行的顾客中心是通过问题与解答栏目和email运营的。以韩国时间为基准，在营业日以及营业时间内，向顾客实时解答，以提高顾客的满意度。

１．会員登録

会員登録は無料で、登録後7日間はサイトから提供する全商品の卸売り価格の確認が可能です。商品購買は不可能です。
会員登録後商品を注文するには月サービス費用を支払い、会員情報管理で必須情報をすべて入力します。
そして事業者登録証をアップロードまたはファックスで受付すると、会員としての認証処理が終わります。

２．決済

サービス利用料金および商品注文と海外配送費はPayPalを通じて決済できます。

商品代金の決済時、韓国製品なので為替の変動時価格変動が発生する場合があります。

３．商品のご注文

商品のご注文は色やサイズと最小注文数量などを確認した後にWish Listまたは買い物籠に盛り、ご注文の商品内訳を確認した後にご注文してください。
注文書作成後3日以内に商品代金が入金されない場合は、注文が取り消しされます。

４．配送

海外への配送はEMSを通じて行われます。
配送は１次配送(韓国内配送)と２次配送(海外配送)に分けられます。
１次配送は注文日から４日以内に韓国内集合所に集結されます。
そして韓国内集合所で検品した後、重さの測量を通じて海外配送費用を決済すると、決済日の翌日に船積みが進行されます。

５．イメージ購買

コレアホーリックのイメージのご利用については、管理者にお問い合わせください。
イメージのご利用には別度の利用料金を支払い、利用料金は商談後にご案内します。

６．サイズへのご案内

コレアホーリックは韓国内ファッション衣類および雑貨商品を取り扱い、商品のサイズは韓国内で利用するサイズで表記されています。

1. Join Membership

It is free of charge to join the membership, and it is possible to check the wholesale price for every product provided from the website for seven days after becoming a member. However, the purchase of products is not possible.
To order product after joining the membership, the monthly service charge needs to be paid. Also, the required information needs to be provided in the personal information field and upload or fax the business registration to be certified as a member.

2. Payment

Payment for the service charge, product order and overseas delivery charge can be made through PayPal.

For the payment of the products, the prices could be varied due to the nature of Korean products which are influenced by the exchange rates.

3. Product order

When ordering products, check the color, the size and the minimum quantity of order before putting them into the wish list or the cart. Then, the order sheet must be filled in after thoroughly checking the product list to be ordered
If the payment is not received within three days after the order sheet is submitted, the order sheet will not have the validity as an order sheet.

4. Delivery

Overseas delivery will be made through EMS.
The delivery is classified into first delivery (within Korea) and second delivery (overseas delivery).
For the first delivery, the products are assembled in the gathering house in Korea within four days from the date of the order.
In the gathering house in Korea, the shipment will progress in the day after the date of the payment once the overseas delivery charge is paid after inspecting the product and measuring the weight.
For every order, it is possible to track down the delivery from the website.

5. Image purchase

Please ask the administrator to use images in Koreaholic.
A separate fee needs to be paid to use the image. The fees will be guided after consultation.

6. Size instruction

Koreaholic has fashion clothes and accessories from Korea, with the sizes written in those used in Korea. For the sizes used in different countries, converted values are provided in the product detail page of the website.
